The advantage of outsourcing has been taken exclusively by IT sector and by using these services they have saved handsome amount of money, which made them requiring the outsourcing services on a regular basis. With so many years it has been noticed that outsourcing work is coming from countries like USA, UK and European countries and they are being outsourced to developing countries like India, Indonesia, Philippines and Malaysia.

Among the many advantages one that is most impressive is the turnaround time which is pretty much faster.

Generally, there are two categories of outsourcing, firstly, technology based including software development, recruitment process outsourcing, computer programming and secondly, back office jobs like data entry, telemarketing, bookkeeping etc.

Even though outsourcing saves a lot of money, still there are many people those who believe that it’s wrong and rather than outsourcing the work should be given to local people. But, we all know that business is all about yielding profits and outsourcing helps you achieve this goal.
