Well if you have an IT professional in your organization you can immediately get your problem solved related to your IT admin. Also he/she will do their best for keep the process to run smoothly and try to not have any kind of IT problems in the operations. But, the disadvantages of it are as he/she would be a full time IT professional they would be taking salary for having no work/issues to solve which can affect your budget. Also at times it becomes very difficult to find an experienced and well qualified IT professional and that too in low rates. So with so many issues related to having a full time IT professional, many companies end up landing to IT outsourcing companies.

If you opt for an IT outsourcing company you only pay for the services that you get rather than paying the full time cost and other costs attached to full time employee. Also you save space that is required to have them, along with that you get an experienced and highly qualified IT professional at a fractional cost for which you can rather afford one specially for small scale companies. But, IT outsourcing also comes with couple of downturns like if your system crashes it may take time for the company to send an expert at your place to fix the problem.

We have seen that there are pros and cons in both the cases but IT outsourcing can save you money and offer you with an expert at lower costs.
